Megan Herzog

*~~Hey everyone~~* My name is Megan and I like people, places, and plans. I am a senior studying Community, Environment and Planning in the College of Built Environments. My focus is on Urban Design and Planning with a minor in Urban Ecological Design. I was born and raised in Lynnwood, WA and have wanted to be a Husky for as long as I can remember. I was a leader in this program as a freshman and am making a full-circle experience as a returning mentor in my senior year. The skills, confidence, and friendships that I found in UWL have allowed me to become the person I am today. I love learning new things and am easily excitable. I spent this past summer studying design and creative culture in Amsterdam and am now an intern for the Office of the University Architect in the Office of Planning and Budgeting at UW. I believe that students in UWL become lifelong leaders who work proactively to serve not only the UW, but their communities at large. I can’t wait to meet you all! The future awaits!
