Leadership Practice: This summer I am lucky enough to be interning at a television production company back home in sunny Los Angeles. For my leadership practice I will be conducting interviews with people who I know in the entertainment industry from writers to producers, creative executives, and actors in order to gain a better understanding of the industry so that I can become the most educated intern possible heading into my internship and future career. In these interviews I hope to learn about the successes and failures of people in the industry, along with what they love and have gained from their jobs. My goal throughout this process is to pinpoint what type of professional I hope to become in the entertainment industry so that I can best map out my future from here on out.
