Today’s workshop focused on Leadership Practices: a core part of UW Leaders programming and an opportunity for leaders to showcase a leadership project at the Spring Celebration of Service and Leadership in May. The leadership practice typically includes  an element of service, and reflection about your experiences and how they have made an impact on you or others. Past practices have included volunteering, creating RSOs on campus, writing personal and creative essays, starting service projects for the community, or others! The Spring Celebration of Service and Leadership is not just for UW Leaders– it includes many students at the UW!
