 Leadership practice:
I am currently working on a project with Jamie Mackiewicz called Hope for Healing. We will be providing materials for UW students to make cards for the patients at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Jamie and I will be tabling in Red Square every Friday in Spring Quarter starting on April 19th from 1-3pm. All students are welcome and this will be a completely free event.  I chose to do this project not only because I like arts and crafts but I LOVE kids. Making cards is such a simple task that can bring joy to a child in the hospital. This is a great way to give back to people that I love interacting with while involving other UW students to help give a random act of kindness.
