Leadership Practice:
I am currently in the process of starting an RSO on campus for students who want to do Crossfit workouts together at the IMA. Essentially it will just be a way for people with Crossfit or other weightlifting experience to meet one another and have weekly group workouts. I have been doing Crossfit since my sophomore year of high school and I now do workouts on my own at the IMA. My motivation for this projects comes from the fact that I miss the group aspect of Crossfit back home. Crossfit is meant to be a community-based sport and this RSO will make it easier to start a community on campus.
