How to Fail: Resilience and Failure

This workshop focused on failure and resilience– how to bounce back from struggles and make them into positives. Here were a few take aways:


  • When you fail, it’s always easiest to focus on the negatives instead of the positives, but knowing that your failures are only chances for you to grow helps you be resilient.
  • Telling others about your failures and being open with what you’ve experienced can be a way to help others overcome challenges.
  • One of the best strengths to have is learning how to turn failure into opportunity– try looking as one door closing and one door opening.
