Well hey there! My name is Grace Bentson. I’m a senior in the Foster School of Business studying Finance & Entrepreneurship, without a clue what I will be doing post graduation come June. This is my first year getting involved with UWL, and I couldn’t be more excited about joining this crew of incredibly talented and hardworking individuals. I’m a proud member of Kappa Delta Sorority, and over the past three years I’ve had a few different leadership roles within my chapter, and on the Panhellenic Association board. During my Sophomore & Junior year as the Panhellenic VP of Membership Development, I ran the Junior Panhellenic Program, planned and executed the Greek Awards Banquet, and represented the UW Greek Community at a number of national conferences and events. I am a co-founder and co-director of the Greek Community Project RSO, and during spring break of 2015 facilitated a values-based leadership retreat for 20 freshmen and sophomore members at Camp Cispus. I’m also a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society, the UW Sailing Club, and a part time volunteer for Lifelong AIDS Alliance. I have a passion for people, free t-shirts, Drake, and all types of pizza. In my free time, you can find me watching Netflix, doodling with gel pens, cheering on the Huskies/Hawks, or hanging out down on Union Bay. I’m beyond ready for this year to get going, and to meet all of you you young leaders, (even if you make me feel old!). Go Dawgs!
