Leadership Practice: For my leadership practice, I plan to get involved with the UW Dream Project. With the Dream Project, I’ll be able implement everything I have come to learn about leadership while being a support system for underrepresented high school students. Ultimately, I want to give these students the tools and opportunities they need to continue on their educational paths.
