Self-Care & Mindfulness


This week our cohort talked about self-care and being mindful. We discussed why taking of yourself can actually make you a better leader and person!

Take-aways:

1.) Self-care takes many different forms, and it is really about finding what best suits you.

2.) Mindfulness can be immensely beneficial to your health by diffusing stress, and its benefits have been proven empirically.

3.) Mindfulness is about presence, and can be practiced in little ways throughout your day.
